What we store, why, and what we never do with it.
Account data: your account name, email address, and a salted argon2 hash of your password (never the password itself).
Game data: characters, inventory, progress, chat messages, and gameplay events. Chat and gameplay logs exist for moderation, support, and debugging.
Technical data: IP addresses and timestamps of logins and other security-relevant actions, kept to protect accounts from abuse.
Running the game: signing you in, saving your progress, moderating the community, fixing bugs, and keeping accounts safe. Emails are only used for verification, password resets, and important service notices.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the email delivery provider used to send the messages above.
Alpha data (including logs) is retained while the alpha runs and may be wiped at any time. To have your account and personal data deleted, use the Delete Account button on your account page (or the support page). Deletion permanently removes your account, characters, sessions, and login records; anonymized moderation and audit entries are kept, and rotating database backups age out within about two weeks.
